Outdoor space shapes the stay, with a garden, terrace and balconies, while garden views look out from the rooms. The guest house has family rooms and non-smoking rooms, along with facilities for disabled guests. Smoking is confined to a designated area. For time on the water, snorkelling and diving are among the activities; a tour desk, private check-in and check-out, and luggage storage are also provided. Dry cleaning is available.

Koh Tao has no airport: visitors arrive by ferry at Mae Haad pier. Lomprayah Koh Tao Pier is 450 m from the guest house, making the final stretch manageable on foot or by local pick-up taxi. Free private parking is possible on site without a reservation. Ferries connect Mae Haad with Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Chumphon; rough seas can disrupt sailings, particularly from November to January.

The nearby Welcome to Koh Tao Turtle Monument is 300 m away, while Rama V Shrine is 650 m from the property. Sairee Viewpoint is 1.3 km away, and Nangyuan Island is 4.2 km away; long-tail boats from Mae Haad or Sairee take around 10–20 minutes to reach its linked islets. Whale sharks are most often seen around the island in March–May and September–October. Day visitors to Koh Nang Yuan must leave by about 17:00.
